My stay was very comfortable with immaculately clean rooms, particularly Room 908, which is the largest room type in the service apartment. The service was helpful and attentive from check-in to check-out, with polite and accommodating staff. The location was ideal, being in central Shanghai with easy access to the metro station, a Chinese mall, sports pub, Starbucks, People's Square, and even walking distance to The Bund. The dining experience was a bit under expectations with high prices, but the atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant. Overall, a great value for the stay.
